REGEECORE-HK Series Foam Core Materials
The REGEECORE-HK series PET foam boards are closed-cell, thermoplastic and renewable polymer structural foam materials with a uniform pore structure, excellent mechanical properties and outstanding cost performance. In addition, this material features superior fatigue resistance and chemical stability, as well as UV protection and low water absorption. It exhibits excellent thermal stability during high-temperature processing and post-curing, without subsequent expansion or outgassing.
The REGEECORE-HK series PET foam boards are compatible with all resin systems and processing technologies. Particularly suitable for large-scale applications in lightweight sandwich structures, the boards can withstand dynamic and static loads during processing or exposure to high-temperature processing environments. Its main applications include: automotive interior and structural components, side panels, floor panels, truck roof panels/hoods in the road transportation sector; blade (shear webs and shells) and nacelle covers in the wind power sector; hulls, decks, superstructures, bulkheads, stringers and interior fittings in the marine sector; and cover plates, containers, radiation tables and sports equipment in the industrial sector.

REGEECORE-HK Series Foam Product Characteristics
● High compression and shear resistance, excellent fatigue resistance
● Uniform closed-cell structure, suitable for all types of resins and lamination processes
● Maximum processing temperature of 150℃ (able to withstand an instantaneous maximum temperature of 180℃)
● Strong adhesion (between face sheets and core material) and excellent thermal stability up to 100℃
● Non-water absorbent, no post-expansion, no outgassing, recyclable, and high material stability
